- Larry's dad was a Northwest Airlines
captain in the 1940's through 1970's. He taught Larry how to fly in a
1947 Cessna-140 and Larry became a pilot at sixteen. He
graduated from Princeton High School in Minnesota
and left Mankato State University with a
bachelor's degree in education in 1977. Ah, yes. He has many
hidden talents.

- Paula
was born in Nome, Alaska. She
likes to say that she is a native Alaskan, but not an Alaska Native. She lived many places around the state of Alaska while
growing up, including Anchorage a couple times,
King Salmon
a couple times, another stint in Nome, Fairbanks, and Delta Jct. She
graduated from Bristol
Bay High in 1975 and then graduated from Sheldon Jackson College in
Sitka with an associate degree in 1977.

- Larry took his first flying job in
Dillingham,
Alaska in 1978. He moved to
King
Salmon the following year to work for PenAir.
That's where he and Paula met. They were married in
Anchorage
in 1983.

- The kids began arriving in 1985. First Valerie, who
lives in Anchorage. Then Thor, a senior at North Park University
in Chicago. And finally Jilli, a sophomore also at North Park
University.

- In 1996 Larry became a licensed Realtor®.
Paula always enjoyed looking at houses with him, so she joined his real
estate business by becoming a Realtor® in 2007. Larry retired from
commercial flying in 2011. You'll find that he's a low-key
salesperson, he won't push. YOU make the decisions. He tells you the rules, gives you
the options, and Paula prepares the paperwork.
